Products damaged during shipping or missing items must be reported to ProHealth within 24 hours of receipt. ProHealth will then either issue you credit or send replacements for the amount of any confirmed damaged or missing products. You must return the goods in their original condition and packaging. All items must be un-opened unless they are faulty.

We will refund you the product only, by the same method that you paid for your purchase. Freight will only be refunded where the product is faulty or arrived damaged.

Your refund is not guaranteed until we receive the product, and deemed it to be in saleable condition.

 

We stock all items advertised on The Website. Although every attempt is made to maintain inventory of each product, occasionally we may run out of certain products. In this case, we will mark the product “Out of Stock” on The Website. Products that are marked “Out of Stock” are unable to be ordered via The Website.
